I couldn’t wait to read Carrie Aaron’s new series, Rogue Academy. I enjoyed reading the first book in the series, The Second Coming. In The Second Coming we are introduced to Kingston and Poppy. From the beginning there are sparks and I was waiting for CA to announce the second in the series.

I think The Lion Heart might have moved to the top of my CA favorites. The match of Kingston and Poppy is brilliant. I loved that although both are beautiful, rich, and famous, CA gives us characters that have some vulnerability and depth to keep us invested in their story.
