Forever Summer Reading Q&A | Sara Richardson
Would you rather sail or fly to your summer dream vacation?
When I’m going on vacation, I want to get there as fast as possible, so I would have to say I’d rather fly than sail. Is flying on a private jet an option? J
Best place to read: pool or library?
I like the pool because you don’t have to be quiet, and I’ve been known to talk back to the books I’m reading. J
What’s your favorite genre to read during the summer?
I will read any genre during the summer as long as the characters are relatable and engaging. The character’s voice is the most important element in any story.
One item they can’t live without on vacation?
Definitely my Kindle!
In your current book, who is your favorite character and why?
It’s so hard to choose because I love Mateo and Everly together! If I had to choose one, I suppose I would have to go with Mateo. He’s laid back, funny, and cocky, but there’s also so much depth in him. Throughout the course of the story, you get glimpses of his strength and loyalty and protective instincts, but you also see the fear of abandonment that holds him back. He has so much to overcome, but he’s willing to fight for what he wants, which makes the ending such a satisfying happily ever after.
