The Way We Fall pulled on so many emotions.  The story is full of angst, heartache and chemistry.  I loved that the reader gets the story in both POVs and that Leo provides some flashbacks in the story.

Houston and Rory have run into each other years after their breakup and there is no questioning that there is something unresolved between them.

My only disappointment was that I have to wait for the sequel for the rest of their story.

I enjoyed Boomerang and was looking forward to Rebound.  No disappointment with this read.

There is no denying the chemistry between Alison and Adam.  When they realize just who the other is, the reader is treated to the expected fight against the undeniable attraction.  Ali and Adam bring out the sexy, drama, sad and feel good.

The author provides well developed characters that are believable and empathetic.  I enjoyed catching up with old characters and the introduction to new characters.

This was my first book by Aly Martinez but not the last. I loved that Martinez gives readers characters that are living life, struggling and succeeding.

I loved the dynamic between Till and Eliza. I couldn’t help but root for them, I wanted to know what was going to happen next.

Fighting Silence delivers a great read and will have readers invested wonderfully real characters. I would love to see something more about Till’s brothers, Finn and Quarry.

Caught Up in You is the first Colee Firman for me.  And it was a wonderful introduction to a new to me author.

I was intrigued by the description and couldn’t wait to see what was going to happen between Brantley and Myles.  The dual point of view allows the reader to get to know both characters and keeps them relatable or at least provides some understanding.  I’m not usually a fan of a read that keeps my frustration level high but this story really worked for me.

Brantley and Myles both have pasts that keep a grip on their present.  Brantley keeps secrets and isn’t one to share.  Myles also has a past filled with mistakes that he can’t escape.  Putting the two of them together, you can’t help but wonder which is going to share themselves first and what will happen next.

Firman keeps the reader turning the pages with unexpected twists and wounded characters that will have you rooting for them.  Caught Up in You hits the mark with steamy moments, character growth, periods of angst and sweet touches.

Heartsick is a refreshing addition to the New Adult genre.  Awesome writing gives life to memorable characters with a mystery that keeps the pages turning.

Set in a small college town in Virginia, Heartsick, delivers on those small town feelings and experiences along with familiar college problems and issues.  Living in a small college town, this was very relatable.  Sinead gives readers characters that are at once familiar and fresh.  The suspense in the mystery kept my interest and kept me guessing.

I can’t wait to read whatever is next from Caitlin Sinead.

I was immediately hooked into When Fates Collide!  I loved that this story was taking place in surroundings I found familiar and could recognize.  But I didn’t imagine that the circumstances that have Lily and Gavin meeting could work so well keeping me turning the pages.  I wanted to know more…more of everything…more Gavin and Lily, more about their individual pasts, more about their future…more of everything.

Isabelle Richards does a fantastic job with this first book in the series.  She’s able to move the story effortlessly with characters that keep the reader invested in the next moment.  I’m looking forward to what happens next…When Fate Isn’t Enough can’t get here soon enough.
